Bolt to the Arctic: Episode 1

I am driving my economy EV 8,000 miles (12,000 km) to the Arctic Ocean and back with no generator. 1,000 miles (1,600km) of which are dirt road and wilderness. Join me as I begin a world’s first attempt for a Bolt--an electric car with a poor road tripping reputation.

In this episode I prepare the car for the trip, then start out from Michigan, pick up a friend in Chicago, and we head to Minnesota.
